I was in more pain than I had ever experienced in my life. Though they were short staffed, Cat (the receptionist) squeezed me in and the rest of the team jumped in to action to have me seen quickly. When I arrived, I was met with a smile and they promptly took me back to a chair. There was no waiting or wondering if I was going to be seen before the work day was done. When Dr Harris came to my station, he quickly jumped in to action to start pinpointing the cause of my pain. He clearly explained what he saw on my x-rays, took his time to ask what I was feeling and where, and gave me his recommendation on the next steps. I felt safe, comfortable, cared for, acknowledged, and in the end I was able to go home and eat a full meal with no pain. All in all, my time spent in the office left me feeling informed, valued, and I will definitely be returning for future dental check-ups.

I was very impressed with all of the staff members, including Dr. Harris. He was very thorough, yet friendly while doing so. The overall atmosphere was comfortable. My husband will also be scheduling an appointment with Dr. Harris. I would recommend Lake of the Pines Dental to everyone!
